With an altitude of 4.5m, Tempozan is Japan's lowest mountain and the park is located by the sea.
This park is also known as a hidden cherry blossom viewing place by the locals, and a cherry blossom festival is held every spring.
There is a ferry boarding area located near by for locals and visitors a like that connects Tempozan and Universal Studios Japan. Many younger local visitors enjoy the ferry ride while they view the bay area from top of the ferry. The ferry service is free.
In recent years, this area has also become a popular Pokemon hunting ground for Pokemon Go users.
