Mr. Hayauchi who runs a soba restaurant located on the entrance path to Shitennoji temple will have a soba making workshop.
The making process starts from mixing the flour. Even Mr. Hayauchi with the 20 years of experience in making soba says that he is still under training.
Mastering the soba making is not easy but you will find the fun aspect and profound philosophy of the soba making through the workshop. (2 hours)
