Kyoto's tallest tower that rises high above the ground right in front of the JR Kyoto station.
The observation room is a popular spot for couples, families with children, and other tourists, for it's observation deck that boasts a 360 degree view of all of Kyoto.
Many spots during the illumination season can be seen all at once, and the tourism information desk on the 3rd floor can discuss with you any number of sightseeing courses.
