The first theme park in Japan where you can see historical plays and experience the rich world of historical drama.
An open set of over 53, 000 square meters. This allows the opportunity for photography in an Edo-style town that was really built for use in period drama. The studio park is used for over 200 productions a year.
Samurai, geisha, and other Edo period characters stroll throughout this movie village in costume, only adding to the sensation of having stepped back through time. Shooting schedules for productions are announced on the evening of the day before on the official homepage. If your timing is right, you might even get to catch a glimpse of these period dramas yourself, so be sure to take a look.
In addition to various ninja and warrior experiences for you to try, there are other enjoyable attractions that include trick art rooms and even mazes.
Information
The park will be closed for maintenance from January 21th, 2019 to January 25th, 2019.
